I knew this would happen. It was just going up for no apparent reason. No news, no indicators, which makes for a classic "pump & dump".
This sucker will definitely drop to 26 before meeting resistance. But if that floor falls through probably then down to 23 and then down to 19.
What's the companies biggest problem? Their "university" division and AIU.
