1) The J.O.B. Summer Time Slim Down is in full effect for '07. I'm currently down 16 pounds from the day I started (20 down from my high) in the first three weeks. I'm up a belt loop and my pants are suddenly feeling like my pants again. Steady diet and steady workouts...
2) Don't know what anyone in the area is doing next Wednesday, but here is where I'll be: http://upcoming.yahoo.com/event/190598/. The benefit is actually for a friend of a friend so we are trying to get the word out. It's a good cause, tickets are only $20 and it's a Metro show.
3) After stumbling across some more footage of Megan Fox, I can currently state that I could care less whether Transformers sucks or not. Aside from every other hot detail about her, she's a blue-eyed brunette. I don't know what it is, but a hot blue-eyed brunette immediately outranks all in my book.
4) Forgot to mention this but while I was in Kentucky for the chicken-fried wedding, my uncle approached me to ask if I was still interested in the '74 Ford Galaxie that belonged to my grandmother. This thing is a boat of a coupe but I'm almost certain it has about 65,000 miles on it. A little rust has taken to the chrome bumper, but other than that and a fuel pump, it's raring to go. While the '74 Galaxie was the end of the run for that moniker and thus, little is found online about it, just imagine the Gran Torino from Starsky & Hutch without the white stripe.

Transformers can't suck. After all the lackluster "blockbusters" this summer, we are due for something good.
