Hockey Goals?!

Hockey, I know...who would have thought it? BB, these are for you...

1. NCAA Championship Game: Michigan State beat BC on a go ahead goal with 18 seconds left after trailing 1-0...what an incredible game. Michigan shat the bed, yes...but MSU buckled down and defeated the favorites, Boston College in a classic game...I hope everyone watched it...

2. Speaking of blowing leads, Montreal is officially out of the playoffs after choking against hated rival the Boronto Maple Leafs...sorry BB, maybe next year.

3. "7" is the magic number for the Red Wings who resigned Pavel Datsyuk to a 7 year deal and they dropped 7 goals on the awful (and hated) Blackhawks tonight...

4. Alright, before my hair morphes into a Barry Melrose Mullet, I'll switch gears. I did some research on J.O.B.'s post regarding "The Herd"...he wasn't kidding, that was some serious bullshit. I wasn't a big fan of him before and know it's official: I hate this man. Stop ripping off Michigan Blog Sites, you two-bit hack.

6. I won one of two NCAA Pools this year: Only $150 this year...I finished 7th out of 120 in my Office Pool, which only equal bragging rights and no cash...bummer.

Frickin goals

1. Anyone watch the No Interest Tournament last night? I did. Michigan beat the dreaded Mormons of Utah State. I only watched because I thought maybe Tommy Amaker would get fired during the game. He didn't. Shit.

2. So BB: I might have a pub crawl after your party on Saturday, are people actually going to show up at 9am? The crawl starts at 11, I think...

3. Office goal of the day: Be out of here before 3pm. I have to chew out one of my Managers for being a flake then it's relaxing time before I have to get up tomorrow morning at 4am for my flight to Chicago.

4. I'm set up for March Madness On Demand and will be attempting to watch from my meetings tomorrow but Friday should be FILLED with nothing but basketball...I mean, work.

Best Time of the Year Goals

1. I saw 300 this weekend as well. It was really, really good and I think everyone on the blog will agree. I had a few issues with it, but I'll spare everyone until they see it for themselves.

2. I'm already in5 pools between office and friends. As everyone knows, this is my "busy time of year" and the homework continues. I've won 3 out of my last 4 years, last year I cleaned up by winning over $600.

3. Finally saw The Prestige this weekend as well. My friend "Gumby", who is a semi-famous magician and has had numerous tricks published, assures me the film is 100% historically accurate, which is impressive.
